RRC Emailed Inspection Reports Available to TPGA Members

As a TPGA member benefit, the Railroad Commission of Texas provides participating TPGA member companies with expedited inspection reports by email. This courtesy service allows propane marketers to receive inspection results quickly and address any compliance items without delay. Reports are often received the same day, and at the latest within the week.

Important:

Only one primary contact per company may receive the emailed inspection reports.

Not receiving same-day inspection reports?

If your company is not currently receiving emailed inspection reports, you can request to be added to the distribution list.

How to Request Access

In your email, state that:

• Your company is a TPGA member

• You are the primary contact for your company

• You would like to receive all inspection reports by email

The Railroad Commission will update the contact list as requests are received and provide updated copies to inspectors quarterly.
