Eligibility Overview:

• Residency: Texas resident.

• Academic Status: Texas high school senior or undergraduate student.

• Enrollment: Must be enrolled full-time in the 2025-2026 academic year at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school.

• Industry Connection: Must be:

  • An employee, child, or grandchild of an employee of a current TPGA member company (membership dues paid for 2025).

  • The family member’s job must be directly related to the Texas propane industry.

• Academic Requirement: Upper half of class GPA standing.

Important Notes:

• One-Time Award: Previous recipients are not eligible to reapply.

• Separate Application: Applicants must complete the TPGA application, even if applying for NPGA scholarships.

Award Distribution:

• Recipients will be notified via email in the Summer of 2025.

• Award checks are sent directly to the recipient's educational institution.

• Funds can be applied to Fall 2025 or split between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.
