Beginning May 1, the Alternative Fuels Safety (AFS) Department of the Railroad Commission began implementing a new process for licensed companies to register their employees for AFS Training Classes and Exams.

New Registration Process:

  • Step 1: The organization’s Delegated Administrator will create a RAMP account for the employee. The administrator must enter a unique email address and a cell phone number. The employee must be able to access both.

  • Step 2: The administrator selects the RAMP account from the list of users under the company’s ID. The employee then receives a registration link via email.

  • Step 3: The employee logs in to AFOS, enters contact information, Social Security number, and acknowledges the declaration.

Once submitted, both the employee and administrator will receive confirmation.
