Texas LP Gas Safety Rule 9.7 is one of the Railroad Commission of Texas's top five most cited violations.

What the Rule Says:

·     Document Availability: Make sure you have copies of all current licenses, manufacturer registrations, and employee certificates at each outlet, which are ready for inspection during regular business hours.

·     Access to Rules: Keep a current version of the rules and ensure that company representatives and operations supervisors can access them. These rules should also be available to employees during business hours.

Key Points to Remember:

·     Keep Copies Handy: Have all necessary documents easily accessible at each location.

·     Stay Updated: Check regularly to ensure you have the latest edition of the rules (e.g., the July 2022 edition) and that everyone who needs them can access them.

Be Inspection Ready: Always be prepared for inspections by having all required paperwork in order.
