The Railroad Commission has proposed amendments to LPG Form 501, Completion Report for LP-Gas Installations of Less Than 10,000 Gallons Aggregate Water Capacity, which includes adding instructions for completing the form, which will make the process more efficient for industry and staff.
Current Version October 2020 Form Proposed Version December 2022 Proposed Form The deadline to comment on the LPG 501 form is January 4, 2023.
