We invite you to participate in the upcoming TPGA Board and Committee Meetings February 9 & 10, 2010 at the Doubletree Austin - University located at 1617 N IH-35, Austin, TX. TPGA Board meetings are open to all TPGA members.

A meeting schedule is enclosed below. Preliminary topics of discussion for the board meeting include RRC/AFRED presentation, 2010 TPGA & PSC Budgets, and other pertinent industry topics.
A ProCOT meeting has been scheduled for February 9th starting at 4:30p.

Hotel Accommodations
The Doubletree Austin - University is offering a group rate of $122 + tax per night. Please make your hotel accommodations by contacting Reservations at 512-479-4000 by Monday, January 18, 2010 and mention the Texas Propane Gas Association to receive the group rate. Cancellations must be submitted to the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge.
You are cordially invited to join us for dinner (salad, lasagna, dessert and iced tea/coffee - $20 per person) on Tuesday, February 9 at the Brick Oven, 12th & Red River, Austin. Please RSVP by February 3, 2010.
