U.S. DOT Not Enforcing Hazmat Training Requirements During Coronavirus Pandemic

The U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) is not enforcing recurrent hazmat training requirements during the coronavirus pandemic.

The federal agency recognizes that it carriers may have difficulty finding training as well as they want to minimize any supply disruptions.
