Texas Tier II reports are required to be filed annually to TCEQ for locations storing chemicals and hazardous materials, including those storing 2,380 gallons (10,000 lbs.) or more of propane. There is a filing exemption for agricultural operations. Due to the power emergency throughout the state, the TCEQ will be offering enforcement discretion for all Tier II reports that are due on March 1, 2021. All Tier II reports must be submitted no later than April 1, 2021, to receive enforcement discretion. There are no other requirements for requesting enforcement discretion during this time period.
