Did you recently receive an invoice from the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation for LPG Meters?

This invoice is for motor fuel meters ONLY.

Do you dispense propane motor fuel?

No, my company does not dispense motor fuel. Then email the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation at tools.team@tdlr.texas.gov to have your company removed from the TDLR motor fuel meter regulatory database.

Yes, my company dispenses motor fuel. Is the TDLR invoice correct?

You are only responsible for the meters that actually dispense motor fuel. If you were charged for bobtail meters and your bobtails do not dispense propane motor fuel, members can make the modifications directly to the invoice itself to only reflect the meters dispensing motor fuel.

If you have questions or need further assistance, you can email TDLR at tools.team@tdlr.texas.gov.

the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) stickers from your meters, TDA still regulates LPG meters & scales in Texas.
