Rule Reminder: Compliance Matter § 9.136 Filling of DOT Cylinders

The Railroad Commission of Texas has come across some permanently mounted DOT cylinders being filled, for example on road striping equipment.

As a reminder, LP Gas Safety Rule §9.136 requires that single-opening DOT containers of less than 101 pounds LP-gas capacity shall be filled by weight only.
