In January 2020, the Railroad Commission of Texas adopted comprehensive changes to the LP Gas Safety Rules as well as adopted new editions of the NFPA 54 and NFPA 58's. A majority of the substantive changes go into effect on September 1, 2020 that's also when the new editions of t
he NFPA's will become effective.
Railroad Commission of Texas also plans to have all exams updated by September 1, 2020 with the new rule changes.
