Waiver RRC LPG Bobtail & Transport Registration & Transportation-Related Licensing

In response to the Governor’s winter weather waiver and to mitigate demand for the transportation of propane, the Railroad Commission of Texas is waiving the requirements for companies to have a transportation-related LPG license (for instance, Category C or E) and waiving the registration of units (transports & bobtails) transporting propane in Texas.
